Administrative Assistant

Job Responsibilities

The Administrative Assistant is an essential part of our team.  You will help support the Collectors and Leaders by processing and handling time sensitive documents and effectively maintaining office inventory.  Attention to detail is crucial and above average data entry skills is a must.

Specific qualifications for the Administrative Assistant will include:

  • Handling sensitive information in a confidential manner and processing time sensitive documents
  • Carrying out administrative duties such as data entry, mail processing, copying, filing, etc.
  • Multi-tasking while maintaining the highest level of accuracy and attention to detail is a must
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Must take initiative to work individually and in a team environment
  • Attention to detail for accurate information reporting into the database software system for further use in the recovery process
  • Perform at a typing ability of no less than 30 words per minute adjusted rate and a “Ten-Key Pad” rate of 5,000 keystrokes per hour adjusted rate. (testing required)
  • Must pass with a minimum of 85% the FDCPA tutorial as dictated by federal collection laws (yearly testing required)
  • Other duties as assigned

Specific qualifications for the Administrative Assistant will include:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Consistent work history and longevity with previous employers
  • Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail
  • Computer proficiency – Proficient in MS Office
  • Familiarity with the Collection Industry
